I would like to deactivated/remove Tree of Savior Beta retail code from my Steam Library, since Indonesia region is blocked, I can’t play the game. I would like to give my code to someone else (maybe on reddit or something) according Steam Support, I can only remove my retail code with game vendor, which is IMC Games.
Can you guys help me? Sending a PM maybe? Thanks.

Well that suck, sending a ticket to Steam Support can take a billions years to get reply, so that’s why I came here. Still looking reply from admin ToS…
the code already been used and tagged under ur steam account, it won’t be removed by valve. Steam code is under valve not TOS. Valve policy does not include removing any code given or taking it back any games under steam.
And because you already have it you should be able to play it fine.
