download steam, create an account, look for tree of savior ON STEAM, download, patch, play. but i think new players arent welcome for now…

Considering how they never fixed the lag from iCBT2, a year maybe?
You are not allowed to download or play the game, to prevent new players crowding servers.
Bots are still getting in tho, with that steam glitch.
