I want to delete my old posts.
The team responding to tickets take anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours (in my experience) but the team responsible for following up with whatever the ticket was about is supposed to be 1-3 days but might end up taking much longer (in my experience). I imagine they have an overload of work packets already. All I can say is: be patient.
