Basically I never paid for the early acess/founders/whatever pack because there wasn’t any servers near me (Brazil). When they announced the SA server in São Paulo, I decided to pay because that was the only reason I wasn’t playing the game. I bought one of the packs within 1 week to the f2p launch, simply because I wanted to play.
Well, I didn’t get to play before anyone because the servers were a hot mess, I already lost WAY more than 4 days on the token,I didn’t get an early acess and I STILL cannot play. This is bullshit, I am not getting anything that I paid for and i just want it back.
You can delete my account with my char and whatever.
I think people are just phoning their banks that they paid from and asking their bank to do a charge back to steam for violation of product description or failure to deliver a paid for service.
You will have to look into it more, I am no lawyer or legal eagle

Hey, to me the IMC need open one refund pag. IMC is Horrible.
They mentioned compensation in the announcement earlier today,with 4 days being returned on the token.
I truly don’t care about the token, I mostly paid to get that early acess going and i didn’t get it. I’m not even trying to login anymore, game is a failfish, i really just want my ■■■■■■■ money back.
