I traded a recipe for a recipe, It become untradable, If I craft this, the item is tradable or not?
It depends on the item. Normally it’s written on the item when you mouse-over a recipe if it’s tradable or not.
It says tradable on the left
on the right it says total untradable 1
You can craft it then trade it.

If the actual item doesn’t have the following icon on it:
and has potential >0 stated, it will be tradable after the craft.
It doesn’t matter if recipe is tradable or untradable prior to crafting.
