I had already posted a topic concerning my download problem with the client going back to zero percent again, and searched about the issue and found out that it was a common issue with steam users downloading a program half-way pausing it then turning off the computer to resume it later. I went to steamapps folder and found out that it’s already 5.85GB in the downloading folder(the client says 5.4GB so it’s already completed i think). They said to copy the patch file inside the downloading folder and paste it in the desktop in case i come across that zero percent again download and replace the new patch file with old one and disable updates. I also unchecked the read-only attribute of the main steam folder.
- Now i want to know how to manual install the game from the downloading folder since i think it’s already complete and steam is just messing with me!
or if you dont know how can you please tell me where the installation folder and what is the exact name of the Tree of Savior folder?
This is where the download went:
Ex. C:>Program Files(x86)>Steam>steamapps>downloading>372000
and inside the downloading folder is the patch file that gets corrupted they say.
- Or if it’s not yet complete i want to know from you guys who are already able to launch the game how many GB really is the client from the downloading and installation folder.
My download is at 15% again and i observed that my 372000 folder(data, patch and release folder combined) is now at constant 5.85GB(Size: 6,285,925, 941 bytes Size on disk: 6,286, 446, 592 bytes) 
OKAY SO I FOUND THE CULPRIT IT’S THE -
state_372000_372001.patch - a PATCH file inside the downloading folder = it’s like the list of what files steam downloaded for that game and steam was not scanning at what i already downloaded at my hard drive, it’s only looking at the patch file like a list so if gets corrupted or erased the download restarts because the list is erased. Now since i observed that many players are having difficulty logging in and playing because of being forced to exit by the server i’m gonna go slow, but if you got that patch file that is 80%-100% kindly put a download link so i can test it and trick steam to now install my already completed file download. 
I’m still at 35% download ATM.
