Have you considere to install the DX package that come with the game? Steam sometimes (if not generaly) dont install them, but you can navigate to the game folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\TreeOfSavior\release\patch\DirectX10) and install to see if it fix too, i recommend to do so, since you never know when you will run in other problem later on, like i had with Victor Vran when i installed, i got to the main menu screen but everytime i started a game it simple crashed, till i found there was a DX folder in the game folder, after installing the game run smooth.

Btw it seem installing that DX package fix the problem with the big login screen. Someone confirm for me later.
Big screen is something like this ?
it depends on you computers specs. hmm. maybe the specs of you computer is lower than the requirement of the game that’s why the frames/sec is low. but it’s great because you can play. like I cant because they close the game!
