I sent ticket since 26/12/2016 and I still can't claim TP

Bug Description :
I see others can claim TP. but I can’t claim TP until now.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. I bought 2 TP packages from steam.
  2. I go back into the game.
  3. I click Use at 300TP and I got it.
  4. Then I click at 100TP but nothing happen. I can’t get 100TP.

Same its happen to me, i bought 300TP, but in game i can’t get it
