I really want to play on the new sea server

I redeemed my founders bonus, token and launch gift on Orsha last night before I knew a sea server would exist. I would really like to start playing on the sea server as soon as i can because I get a 50% or better improvement on my ping.

I understand that team transfers are not easy and could cause issues and I don’t mind restarting my character/team. So I was wondering if there was a way to just transfer the token bonus and tp (the gift can be lost) or even to reset my account completely.

Regardless of the reply thanks for the new servers and the work you are all putting in post release I’m really enjoying the game.

Same here still waiting on some kind of answer from them, i would glady take a full account reset and start fresh to have my founders stuff and play on SEA

Same here. I got off after work and just started on the first server I saw - Fedi. At that time, it didn’t have the [EU] before its name and I had no idea a SEA server would be up as well.

If I knew there would be a SEA server coming up, then I’d have waited. The problem is that I’ve also redeemed the founder’s pack and I heard that there might be issues in transferring cash items…

Will be waiting to hear what will be done to fix this situation. Please communicate with the community more, and let us know more than a day in advance for any big updates regarding servers.

Players shouldn’t have to suffer for the lack of communication on your end.
