I really need Tradable all Item & Sliver in Same Team or Account

Sorry for my Poor English and Thank you for visit.

Okie, my story is I had buy Founder’s Server Exclusive Access 1 & 2, which is include Skill & Stat Reset Potion.

And now my only one Character was accidently choose wrong class so I wish to start a New Character.
But when i want to pass all my Item & sliver to this New Character, all untradable item can’t pass to Team Storage, Why can’t pass to Another Character in Same Team / Account?

Block Untradable should only Block trade with Other Player why need to block Same Team / Account??

Why?? It was just under Same Account but you still want to block me?
If i don’t buy a token i can’t pass it, I buy a Token I still can’t pass it ?
Why?

What is the Point to Block it? I really don’t know…

If can’t trade with Same Team / Account, then should allow me to Reset My class but remain my Skill Point so then i can choose a new Class with Full Skill Point and start again, Maybe you can set it need to pay some TP or else…

As you can see here: Premium items tradable across characters.

Staff Max already confirmed that we’re getting an update with the functionalities you and lots of people are asking for.

I’m not sure about Silver but Premium Items definitely, like: Stat/Skill Reset Potions, Enchant Scrolls, Warp Scrolls, Megaphones, Soul Crystals, Class Costumes and such.

no you can’t.

this will allow you to trade Premium items within your account, via the Team Storage. (meaning you need to be using a Token.)

you will not be able to trade normal items.
you will not be able to trade silver.

if you have a lot of silver, spend it on gear the new character can use, and use the team storage to transfer those as well.

Finally… another option is to just live with the “wrong” class that you picked. make it work.

Sorry for my poor knowledger but what do you mean Normal Items ?

Like Equipment or Gear is that Normal Items?

I don’t understand if future we’re able to trade Premium Items within Account, Why Normal Item can’t? I mean Tradable Items, not Untradable Items.

Sliver in that case was not so friendly…
I was not so much Sliver only 200K, but 200K Gear not that good and even i buy it and trade to another character, I will have to drop it to Market again and lost some charge amount…
That was sad…

Thank you for contacting us!

Please be informed that all items in the package is exclusive to only one character and thus items are not transferable once your Founder’s Pack is claimed and opened in your character’s inventory.

However, TPs & companion are shared between team’s characters. But potions cannot be transferred to another character on the same team.

If you have further concerns do not hesitate to contact us again.

Which one i can believe it? This Support Team said it can’t be trade, in the Forum one said will make a progress to make premium items tradable in one accout.
Yeah it said Premium Items Tradable in one account but never said include the Potion…

i was not clear enough.

Normal, Tradeable items will remain tradeable.
Normal, Untradeable items will remain untradeable.

neither of the statements make any contradictions to each other. TOS Support is telling you the way it is now. Staff_MAX has told us that changes will be made.

the TOS Support team can only answer regarding the way things are -currently-. it is not their job to speculate on if/when premium items will become tradeable in the future. (those potions would fall under the “normal, untradeable” category.)

however, despite making mistakes in the past, IMC has never -lied- to us, so i feel confident that when we were told that they are working on making changes to premium items, that it will happen. it will just take some time.
