I haven’t recieved any, when will I het them?
One of the splash pages on the game says in small print… “You have to remain logged in; in order to get those tokens that you ordered”. Now I got mine almost instantly when I ordered the DLC from steam but I would just log into the game and give it an hour or so before submitting a ticket to support.

Did you click on the TP button?
Follow the conditions mentioned in the following page and if you don’t receive your TP in 24 hours, don’t forget to demand your compensation bonus.
