Hi, as the topic says i opened 7 tickets since the first day of Founder Access. I have not recieved my TP. This is unfair, while all the other saviors using the benefits of their TP’s, i’m not. For the first tickets they replied to me with auto messages, but then i didn’t get any answer. It’s been 2 months, if it wont work so why do we have a support ticket system ? And who is gonna help me solve this trouble ?
Yah, I Have opened some ticket but no response.
My friend also didnt recieved his TP too :’(

i also saw some threads complaining about missing TP. But no one from IMC answering…
you need to open atleast 20 to get a response from them

If you want the staff to notice you here on forums, you might want to increase your chances by tagging them. It’s done by typing “@” followed by their nickname. That way the tagged staff will get notified that someone wrote a reply meant for them.
For example, if I tagged you @mert_aday , you’ll probably get different notification than just a mention of someone replying on your thread.

its been almost 2 months and i dont have my TP. Opened many tickets. Nobody is answering me. I need it urgently, people started with me already spent them. This is an unfair situation, i am waiting to hear from you…
