Hello to the whole community.
Almost two weeks ago, I opened numerous complaints through tickets for buying TP and not having received from IMC.
I did all the necessary procedures that are on the site described on both the site and the forum and I did not receive any response or my TPs. Is anyone receiving back the lost tps from the IMC team?
I’m feeling stolen because this company simply turns a blind eye to our problems.
Ticket support does not work and simply gives you unresolved excuses. I want my TPs, why steal people? Is not better to act honestly and always have good collaborators? I’m very upset.

First, remember to give your teamname, what specs are you using, have you tried any solutions so far.
Recommend you to check out the bug report forums if you find the same topic has been posted or if it is only happening to you. If so, you will need to provide proof.
Have you reinstalled the game and verified file integrity?

This is a normal issue.
There’s been a to retrieval bug since last year when the tp packs for released.
Unfortunately, TP retrieval is also RNG and you just have to hope that you’ll get it eventually. Pray that you are one of the lucky ones whose support ticket will get answered properly.

I had the same problem, and they are aware of the issue right now. However, /retrieveAllItems in the chat bar worked even when the button didn’t. Capitalization is important for getting it to work.

I know these procedures you quoted here, help some cases of players who lost TP, but with me it did not work.
I clicked on the Tp icon, typed the retrieveAllItems command, opened the ticket on furum (no solution from the staff) I reinstalled the game and tried again, I did “EVERYTHING” that a desperate player could. Unfortunately I find myself here hopelessly looking for friends with a possible solace from the staff who keep silent about my problem and many who have lost their TP.
