I need Training/Grinding help please

Hello, i want to make a Cleric C1 > Priest C3 > Monk C3
right now im conflicted about where should i train/grind and doesnt really know which place is the most effective grinding/training spots, im going to do all the quests i can but its still wont be enough. im ready for the hardships it hold to train a Priest C3 alone.

my request is, would u please be kind enough to make me a training/grinding program which contains which places/maps should i train/grind in each step of the road in what level to which level as a Priest C1 to Monk C2?

P.S. if you can as well give me a stats recommendation & which skills should be maxed for sure as a priest C3 that would be super!

Thank you so much for your help Guys!!

100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, 10km run.

Sorry, it was stronger than me…

Well, if you don’t mind me answering, I’ll do.

When you level, grinding areas are not that needed (from what people said), and they are easily found when needed (that bit on mid 100s; and after getting rank 7).
But since I’m a suck up, I like to keep killing monsters pointlessly to get over the recommended level of an area before going in (well, when I can).
Something like going 2 or 3 levels over is what I like to do. So I just stay on the map killing mobs.
The best places are mostly the open dungeons. And, I like to go on maps of the level range I’m in, and just do the quests while seeing if some mob gives a good amount of EXP.

The best grinding area is not always the one with most EXP, but the one with good amount of mobs (before you can somewhat clean up a part it has already spawned); mid/high EXP; quantity of mob (the ones you want to kill); and other personal things, mostly.
Of course, one that is not packed is highly appreciated.

About Priest. There were some changes on Blessing (not sure of what, I don’t have a Priest now). So, I am not sure if Blessing should receive more points.
Sacrament is good to have, Aspersion if you are going solo to have some defensive buff (not many points on it). Revive and Ressurection are good.
Monstrance and Mass Heal. I think some points in each one (a small debuff on DEX and a Heal).
Iron skin I’m not sure, someone with more experience can say something. Try to find a guide for Monk or Priest/Chaplain on the forums to read more about it.
About the point distribution, I don’t know if people are rolling the same things, but do look at some builds and adapt to what you think it is best for you.
From the top of my head I just remember these ones as skills that you should look about.
As for the Monk part, even if you didn’t ask, I can’t help much.

And, about the stats… I think a balance between STR:DEX, with a good amount of CON in the mixture (“When it starts to hurt, CON is needed!”).

I tried my best here, and I am a bit sleepy, sorry for any errors.

Thank you so much Rob, i really appreciate you sacrifice your sleep to write this massage, i will take everything you said into consideration, i willl also be happy to get some more advice from more people, btw that Saitama joke is never gets old, well done you made me happier for the entire day =]

From my experience leveling up 2 characters with Priest C3, it’s easier when you forget about the silver cost and just spam Blessing/Sacrament.

Here is what I’ve found to be the best way to level up in this game. Follow this guide on where to go and what to kill: https://www.reddit.com/r/treeofsavior/comments/45xa7j/leveling_guide_for_ktos/

If you use your cards in the way the guide tells you to, you will be fine. If you feel you are behind, then you CAN grind in these areas.

Dina Bee Farm or Demon Prison District 2 for 160+
Alemeth for 210+
Evacuation Room for 220 something+

OR you can do the other side of the world, iow if you’re doing Klaipeda quests and fall behind with map levels, use cards, if you don’t have any, do Orsha quests.

cafrisun + scacrament, dump as much silver as you can into blessing (maybe team xfer some talts?) and I would build a con/spr split or just straight con to 75 or so because it gives you the most options with what direction to take later (chaplain doesn’t need str, monk doesn’t need spirit, etc.) if you have the silvers, i’d recommend getting vubbe morning star
http://www.tosbase.com/database/items/203105/
and trying to get it leveled up on the anvil. that, plus the blunt weapon attribute from cleric with the cafrisun+ sacrament should keep most things stunlocked, making leveling pretty easy. – mine took me to 75, and by the end it was +13. I could still be using it, but i got toy hammer :stuck_out_tongue: with blessing, I know it doesn’t scale well late game right now, but it does tons of dmg from attributes in the early, and is totally worth the silver.

Tyvm ill give your advice a shot, btw does 80 con is enough for end game monk, pvp & pve wise? because i thought about going with 100 dex, 120 con and rest str, though someone recommended me to put minimum of 80 con to 100 con maximum, im a solo user so i figured 120con would keep me alive while fighting by my self, what do u think?

Grinding area kind of depends on class. I went chaplain/druid so I couldn’t help much… But in general find places where the enemy is weak against ur class.

And I recommend dont grind too much on one place, u will get bored quickly especially with priest. Finding grinding spot is also part of the fun IMO.

Armor type, ground/flying, move speed, damage/cooldown, AOE atk ratio, enemy damage, class specialties, etc. Also take note of items u need to farm.

I personally like dark/demon (holy +100%), mid density, plate armor (strike +50%), minibosses (around 1.5 normal mobs exp), cos we have no HP/SP issue (heals) but we walk slow and have no AOE attack.

Mobs in nevellet quarry, Meleech, Hallowventer, Prison Fighter, Guardian Spider, etc. btw imo demon prison >> dina bee for my chaplain (maybe also for priests?) cos all those stuffs i said before.

U might also want to exploit spawn timer. Some places have exact spawn time. e.g. 2 mins in demon prison, forest of prayer etc. U can place heal tiles / cure to clear some mobs right before they spawn.

Blessing now is affected by (0.06 * SPR + 0.02 * INT) * (skilllvl-1). Without SPR/INT, damage bonus is meh. It’s also not multiplied by sacrament/cafrisun cos additionaldmg+blessing doesnt proc on double punch. It also doesn’t get multiplied by your crits. Unless u go all-round semi-support, blessing 3 (for attribute) + sacra 1 should be sufficient for levelling imo.

Like Rob-Mar said, u want deprotect zone for DEX. Rest better put on defensive and utility skills.

Don’t forget to take deprotect zonefrom cleric for zone+handknife combo.

Actually, maybe there are better options other than priest 3? Lol.

Sorry I ended up writing lots of stuffs :v
