@OP I am running a nvidia gtx 970, i5 4690k, 16 gigs of ram and can run shadow of mordor or batman arkham knight on ultra with 60+fps on 1080p without my card being utilized more than 50%, I still get around 15 fps in town during weekends… If you are upgrading the card just for tos then it’s not worth it given the current game status.
