Actually… I am only watching Sword Art Online currently… (I want a real life Asuna T_T!!)

Fairy Tail seem to have gone crazy with the fanservice and no longer as good as it used to be, Naruto I am sick of the fillers and One Piece… Omg took forever to finish one fight.

Since you seem to like shounen anime, I’ll recommend Hunter x Hunter (2011 version).

Edit: If you choose to watch it and you’re having trouble getting into it, give it at least 20 episodes before deciding to drop it.

Barakamon’s a pretty good one if you like Comedy with some Slice of Life. It’s personally one of my favorite shows in the past few years.

As for more action-y stuff… perhaps Girls und Panzer? It’s a pretty great watch if you like a combination of cute girls, tanks being used in sometimes unconventional ways and some nice action sequences. And if you do like it and want more, it also has a movie that came out late last year that recently got subbed, so there’s quite a bit to watch.

You need some iron in your diet. Go watch some Gundam. Pretty much any of them except Seed or Seed Destiny, those two are abominations.

Log Horizon was OK, though I’m not excited for another season of it.

I thought Hai to Gensou no Grimgar was better, in some aspects even better than SAO. Hope there’s another season for it.

Kabaneri is good as well. I like the animation (reminds me of 80’s/90’s animes), and the story buildup. Has that AOT feel, but definitely a different anime on its own.

If you like Shinichiro Watanabe then you will probably like Space Dandy.
