I need a tip: What of this classes will be better and more usefull and why?

For a 2 Handsword:
Suposing that I will stop on Rank 6 forever and almost dont use Rank 7 for personal reasons (secret plan), I need a tip of what classes take on rank 5 and 7 and Why. the options are: (so rank 7 for me is not important here). Specilly for PVP:

• Barbarian 2 > Barbarian 3.
  (Sacrifice doppel for Poucing skill. Is Pouncing really woth it?)
• Barbarian 2 > Doppel.
  ( Is Doppel really worth it?).
• Highlander 3> Barbarian 2.
  (Armor Break really worth it??)
• Highlander 3 > Doppel.
  (Armor Break + Doppl).

I know that swordsman are on PVP high now, in comparicion with others classes, but I accept any argue about this classes I cited.
I dont want Cataph, neither Fencer, sorry.
