I love the game, but theres one thing that let me down ALOT

I completely disagree with this topic. ToS is less about the end result and more about the journey. There are tons of ways to be a Shinobi and getting there and planning your path is part of what makes it fun and makes it unique.

Going back to Ragnarok, when you wanted to be a Biochemist/Creator, you had to go through Merchant, right? Creator looks very appealing because they can solo most MvPs and were so OP that PvP had to be balanced around them. You wanted to be one right? Well you had to work for it. Difference is, in ToS the work you put in makes you unique. There was only one path to Creator. In ToS, there are tons of paths.

There is tons of progression, I don’t understand your argument. Sounds like you want to skip to the end.

the only think bokor has simaarity eith necri is tht they both are dark and sumons

but bokor has to do with voodoo, which is part of religion, and religion is to cleric.

Call it subjective, but leveling in this game isn’t exactly the definition of fun, especially the 3rd or 4th time through.

It’s literally just mindless kill and collect quests the entire way with occasional unique mechanics and absolutely brain dead occasional boss fights (like literally, all easy and terrible).

The biggest draw right now is earth tower and PvP.

Well true, but if you break down any MMO to its core, you are either going somewhere, interacting with something or killing something.

Other MMOs also let you experiment with different classes/builds without a massive time sink and also have more peripheral activities aside from just creating alts.

All there is to do in TOS is level. Of which there is a ■■■■ ton of, and even more if you don’t know exactly the right build to go the first or 2nd time.

Endgame is forever going to be important in this case. If you want to preach this game as being about “the journey”, it needs content to supplement and back it up of which right now it most certainly lacks.

Look at other “journey” type RPGs, like PSO EP1 and 2. Lvl 200 took forever to get but it didn’t mean anything other than the accomplishment of getting there. THAT game was about the journey, the whole fun of that game was everything before you finally got 200.

TOS is not the same. It’s a mindless Korean grinder with cute characters and a nice art direction, with 1 endgame dungeon and imbalanced PvP and no way to experiment with other classes aside from more leveling.
