Guys, first of all I’m so sorry for some grammar mistakes, english is not my first language.
I was playing today with my husband and when my cousin arrived to stay the whole day with us. He asked to me to use the computer and I said that it was ok, so we left and he was on the facebook. My husband left his lodge opened and left to solve some problems, and when I looked to his account I saw the lodge EMPTY, my cousin deleted his characters and MY main character as well.
My team name is Camperauss and my husband team name is Camperaus (due to our surname). So I please ask for help, I was lvl 274 (the only strong char that I had), but the biggest problem is my husband account, he had 8 chars and here is the level of those chars (292, 280, 280, 230, 78, 179, 158 and other one that I don’t remember, Í can be wrong, but was pretty close). So, I’m just asking for help, we spent this whole month playing Tree Of Savior (my husband since whe got back played more than 400 hours) and bought TP for me and for him a lot of times. So please, help us! We really need our chars back.
We play on Silute server and my team name is Camperauss, his team name is Camperaus.
My steam account is joicemr02 and his steam account adriancmpss. I just have done it for us two because by a reason that I don’t know he can’t access his account in this site. Thank you guys for everything!

IMC wont restore for you… Coz it your fault to left TOS open… But i believe future IMC gonna force delete character need verification email.

Giving back character isn’t hard if they have backup (they must have it!)
A restore character (in general) should be done for everyone because everyone can enter in other account and delete everything.
It happens in a lot of games!
Open a ticket!
And my advice is: get rid of your stupid cousin! If he deleted everything he is a alotofinsultsforhim !
And next time don’t let use your computer to others even if is a parent!

Try sending IMC a ticket requesting what can be done about this problem.
