Lost Content Point shop item and [EXP CARD LV430]
Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. i bought 2020 berry package and obtain 2020 seed package but when im open it and looking for item [EXP Card LV430] it’s not in my character or account *i dont get it!!!
   2)today i use content point shop to exchange 2 emoticons and it’s dissapear without give me anything after right click on use!!!
2. Please FIX these bugs and return those items to me!

Have you checked your invent closely?

Sometimes we tend to accidentlly close the “mini-tabs” that hide a group of items, it is like a small drop down box. Happens to me sometimes

Make sure every mini tab is expanded…

I did all tab not have any and emoticon have been used but not even show on my emoticon list

Hiya, if the emoticons happen to be the motion ones, you have to click the emote button and choose “Motion” to see them.
