I know why DEX stats is broken o_o

in ragnarok or league of legend, crit work only for auto attack

in tos that work for SKILL so its unbalanced

barbar with crit only for auto attack is balanced and mage stop QQ

ggwp

sadly auto attack is dead in every modern games

R.I.P enjoying fast attack animation

You are still on your early levels, I see sorcs running around with their temple shooter looking summon thing going around demon prison 2 killing things easy…

Also, barbs will have a much harder time later in the game.

Magic skills can’t crit.

that why they stop QQ about dex stats

Uhm…

Dex is broken because it gives you 3 stats on mass:

Hit/Accuracy
Evasion
Crit Rate

So just with dex you gain Damage and survivability. And you also dont have to worry about not hitting stuff.
Its just too much gain from a single stat. Take away the evasion and it should be more balanced.
Every non dex class needs some other survivability like hp def etc.

Your casual barb is just standing around dodging 90% of the game while pushing out damage.
Evasion is just too strong as like 90% of all damage is physical which can be evaded.

It looks like some magic tornado?? NO ITS PHYSICAL WITH WINDATTRIBUTE OLOLOL

i think that has more too do with the lacking variety of stats on the enemies, if none have accuracy then it makes evade more powerful. it’s the same with block, and, aoe, crit and magic defence isn’t it.?

Maybe I’m just fail but evasion doesn’t seem to work for me. I have 400+ evasion and these orange popolions are still hitting me nonstop

Ironically, demon prison 2 is still considered early game. In fact, anything below 190 would be early game, at least for me.

the post was for iCBT2, max level 200. right now yeah it’s early-mid phase

Isn’t it already a meta that dex is useless after 200

This has got to be the dumbest thread I’ve seen from people who are maybe level 20 at best.

I mean that’s why they made magic unavoidable. I have seen so many dex heavy barb just get melted by magic monsters.

I play a sorc and I don’t really see much harm in dex having evasion. They just put the base evasion too high. If you take evasion from dex where else does is it suppose to go?

I think it is too early in the game to say that though. Some early number crunch seems to indicate they even out as certain break points.

I don’t think TOS has a robust damage calculation system like some games with tones of modifiers. I wish some math major would just do a crunch session for us. With actual data.

Didn’t these infos came from veterans who played kToS. :open_mouth:
Some do a full reset at higher lv and go STR instead
But I doubt IMC would do anything related to stats now

hows 900 evasion fair at lvl 200+? Against physical of course.

Lol u think dex is broken? Hahaha ur sad gui i
