Sure the 2 other class don’t have anymore the exclusif I can ride this compagnion.
Do you know Why in RO there are only few class can ride mount? because of its restriction to class. This game was the continuation of this game if im not mistaken.
Why other game has tons of Mount and free to mount anything? because there are no class there that has mounting passive, everybody are literally walking class they and everybody use mount just for moving.
I just really dont care what stats it gives its the exclusive look of mounting class that are being bypass.
And penguin even look like a black velheider.
Well its easy for you to say “U can do something about it”.
I just said what i feel about this companion thing and everybody starts to disagree because they all want to mount a companion.
Its not the stat and benefits the companion give that troubles me, I am talking about how a class should look like.
i don’t like to see any other classes riding companions than my SR and Cataphract either, but unfortunately we’ll need to deal with that from now on

Eventually we have have “wings” to allow flying and all falconer and feather foot will start ranting. 
This game is not RO, not even a continuation. And ToS have nothing to do with what RO had or what RO doesn’t had.

And just to clarify, in RO we have pets that can be mounted by ANY class, even the “no mount class” ones.
The difference is they can’t attack while mounting, just like ToS.
As everyone has said, huge difference. you can’t attack from these mounts, even worse, getting hit once will knock you off the mount on a nonmount class. A lot of modern MMOs have mounts for everyone so you can move around the map faster. This is a much needed QoL thing and it’s not even that good considering. I use it to move around maps quicker but even then I Get knocked off the penguin and he stops following me, it’s almost not worth it.
my advise to you OP is just take it to yourself…, whatever saltiness you got over other classes mounting is non of my concern, whatever you try to say or whine about here won’t get you anywhere ., you can make hundreds of threads about this but it ain’t gonna get you nowhere…

But mounting is not limited to cata/sr. Even the original design from cbt is all class can mount.
After ktos player feedbacks (?) they sort of make a middleground…
There is guild companion like red panda, piggy, hamster (correct me if im wrong) and any class can ride it with lots of effort. But it satisfies more ppl than ur request or original design
TP is only another way to get that all-class-mount. Whether it’s fair or not (about using TP) is totally a different matter tho
tldr: I’m not special anymore because everyone can mount companions now.

i don’t see the issue here. dedicated mounties are still faster AND can actually attack while mounted, unlike the ones who ride the squeaky little buggers.
I have an Sr, and I don’t see any problem with the TP companion, no reason to get salty with people mounting. I’ve expected it since the tos trailer.
Why dont you just take your own opinion and stop posting as if your someone better. Well if you dont like others opinion go inside a box and live there probably no one will bother you.
