crystal mine mission…
It’s from Crystal Mine mission, located in Klaipeda. The boss spawn in another room,lamspd155, maybe that is why you didn’t recognize the map. I lured him down there because my build sucks and it takes too much time for me to kill it, otherwise the other bosses spawn and it becomes a mess. Just so you know, I was using an Instanced Dungeon Multiply x3. That is why it dropped 3 cards instead of just 1.
