In response to your previos answer to my ticket(below), I appreciate your intention for good intentions NUT FOR NOW I REALLY NEED AN IMMEDIATE COMPENSATION BECAUSE TO BE HONEST, IT’S NOT JUST TODAY THAT YOU HAVE COMSUMED ALL MY DUNGEON INSTANCES VIA DISCONNECTION BUT SINCE THE LAST WEEK. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS!!! YOU SAY SORRY FOR INCONVENICE BUT THAT’S JUST SOME KIND OF A BLIND APOLOGY. I NEED A CONCRETE APOLOGY WHICH CAN ONLY BE DONE BY APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION. PLEASE DO NOT JUST EXPECT THAT YOU CAN JUST SAY SORRY AND THAT’S THAT – EVERTHING IS FORGIVEN. AT LEAST MAKE A TANSPARENT APOLOGY BY ACTUALLY GIVING US COMPENSATION THAT IS EQUAL TO THE INCONVENIENCE YOU HAVE CAUSED US!!! PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE, DO NOT GIVE MORE AND MORE REASONS FOR PLAYERS TO QUIT. AND BY THE WAY HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE COMPENSATION I MEAN, YOU GUYS ARE MODERATORS RIGHT? PLEASE CONSIDER THAT FACT THAT PLAYERS ARE STILL PAYING FO TP SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE PREMIUM ACCESS(TOKEN) AND THE FACT THAT PLAYERS ARE STILL SPENDING ON TP SHOP NOWADAYS TODAY INSPITE OF THE PASSIVENESS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ACTING. WE PLAYERS DO UNDERSTAND THAT FIXING THIS DISCONNECTION ISSUE MAY TAKE A WHILE BUT YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT ITS YOU AND YOUR MODERATOR’S MISTAKES AND YET WHY DO I FEEL / WE FEEL THAT WE ARE SUFFERING FOR THOSE MISTAKES WHY WE ARE NOT PROPERLY BEING COMPENSATED FAIRLY? IN SHORT, WE DONT DESERVE THIS PASSIVE TREATMENT FROM YOU GUYS IN ANY ANGLE IN THIS ARGUMENT. THEREFORE AS LONG AS WE ARE SUFFERING FROM ANY IN- GAME INCONSISTENCIES, YOUR JOB AS MODERATORS IS TO KEEP GIVING US APPROPRIATE COMPENSATIONS UNTIL THOSE INCONSISTENCIES ARE SOLVE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!
