I just can't retrieve item from market

I’m just want to prepare for the server transfer and this sh*t happen…

I’m click cancel to retrieve my item on the market and this message show up, there nothing in the Retrieve tab either.

Where the goddess now?

Cant cancel item registration on market?

I had this problem before; I had x5 silver retrievals and I couldn't delist my item on sale. After one of the pending silver duration ended, only then I could take my item off the sales list..
