I have leveled up twice in Ashaq Underground Prison 2F but didn't receive stat points for either level

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Ashaq Underground Prison 2F

Bug Description :
I was simply fighting monsters/working on quest progression when I leveled. The leveling sprites displayed and monsters were driven back, but I received no stat points. This has happened twice now on this map.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Earn a level in Ashaq Underground Prison 2F

  • Graphics Card : GTX 970
  • Mainboard : Gigabyte…not sure of model number
  • Storage : Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD

  • Internet Connection : Wireless connection to a cable modem

I Leveled once in tenant b1 and did not receive a stat point…

I’m having the issue of not getting any stat points for level up either.

Also having the same problem…
For the last 9 levels i have not received the level up “explosion” or my stat points.
I do however receive my Class skills and can allocate them accordingly.

Same problem here, and in ICBT 2 happens this too.

For now you need to reserve EXP cards and use it for level up on ANY CITY. I’m losing 3 stat levels and when I’m popping EXP cards on Orsha get 1 level up but 4 stat points at once…

Same here. I got level up while I’m in lag and I didnt receive stats point.
