You can enter there solo.

Spamming enter will work overtime, public party search will not.
I believe this has to do with their instances being overpopulated. Entering with a premade party is much easier because it gives you much higher odds of entering the dungeon.
Basically you create a premade party and then click enter to join the dungeon. Likely you will receive the commander pop-up and be kicked back to the server select screen. Just re-enter your server, select your character again in your lodge, and enter the game again. You’ll retain your party and the process takes about 20 seconds. Click enter again. The whole party should be repeating these steps.
Generally it has only taken a couple minutes of this at most. One party I was in got in almost immediately, another party took myself trying at least 15+ times. But once a single person from your party gets in then that “spot” in the dungeon is reserved for your party, so everyone else can get in immediately 100%.
Just have to keep trying. Pretend it’s a dungeon queue but the game doesn’t have a pop-up telling you to wait yet. Instead it tries to enter but the dungeon is full so it doesn’t know how to handle it and sends to you the login screen.
