You have to be a Token user to do face-to-face trading, on a 30 trade per month restriction, and gems can’t be traded I think.
Your choice. What people call the “BR land” is Orsha server, quite spacious there I’ve heard because people are actively avoiding it, so if you don’t mind you can start there as it should be easier to level/farm drops due to lower population. Might be hard getting help though. Most people are on Klaipeda.
Nope. Very low drop chance. I’ve heard people getting like 1 hanaming (very low level mob) gem after hours of grinding and thousands of kills.

I heard that the **** hits the fan after level 230. All levels and bosses prior to that are just preparing you for the real deal.
Don’t understand what you mean, do you mean item rarities like in WoW? Then yes, though I don’t know the color coding for it.
