Gung-Ho - Changed to gain 5+ 3
Skill level Physical attack. 2*Skill level% of your Defense is converted to Physical attack.

Thrust Bleeding: Damage is equal to 2x your Strength. Ignores Defense.
Pommel Beat stun bonus: The Defense ignored is increased by 4x.
Double Slash Bleed bonus: Changed to 200+Strength.

Archer:
Oblique Shot: Let the skill damage increase by (Dex*0.06)*skill level

Ranger:
Barrage: Let the skill damage increase by (Str*0.03)skill level
High Anchoring: Let the skill gain a Multiplier of 1.1^Skill level.
Critical Shot: Let the skill do an extra 0.04
Skill level % of your Crit attack on Crit.
Bounce Shot: Add a 150% multiplier. Decrease the Cooldown to 10.
Time Bomb Arrow: Add a small Splash effect on the second hit.
Steady Aim: Add a C3 Ranger attribute that increases Duration by 1s per level for 5 levels.

Hunter:
Praise: C3 Attribute added to increase Pet attack by 15% per attribute level. Max level 5.

Rogue:
Vendetta: Skill Damage increases by 1.5STR and 0.5Dex. STR bonus increases by 2SPR.
Dagger Mastery: Sudden Attack: Max level changed to 10.
Burrow: Increases Crit Damage (not Crit attack) by 5
skill level%.
Backstab Massive Bleeding: Base duration increased to 15s.
Lachrymator: C3 attribute added to increase duration by 1s per attribute level. Max level 5.

Cleric:
Deprotected Zone: Add a C3 attribute to increase radius.

Krivis:
Aukuras: Let healing recovery increase by (0.1*Spr)Skilllevel
Divine Stigma: Allow STR and INT buff to increase by 0.5
SPR.
Aukuras: Allow Krivis c3 an attribute to decrease Cooldown by 10s.

Bokor:
Samediveve: Let Max HP be increased by 1*SPR.
Samediveve: Give a C3 attribute to share the halved effect with teammates.

Sadhu
Out of Body: Change damage formula to 80 base damage + Int with 50% multiplier.
Out of Body: Add C3 Attribute for increased attack speed.
Vashiti Siddhi: Increase effect by (0.01*Spr)*Skill level
Transmit Prana: Increase max HP of the Sadhu by 7%skill Level.
Astral Body Explosion: Add Heal for 10% of Skill damage + Magic Attack + 3
SPR

Paladin:
Restoration: Let recovery amount be increased by 1SPR.
Smite: Let skill damage be increased by 0.5
STR.

Wizard:
Energy Bolt: Add Attribute where it adds a portion of SPR to its damage.
Reflect Shield: Change SPR bonus to 1.2SPR.
Earthquake: Let skill damage increase by 1
Int.

Pyromancer:
Staff Mastery: Changed to Increases the character’s Fire property attack by 10% of their INT and 5% of their SPR per attribute level when equipped with a [Staff].
Fireball: Let skill damage increase by 0.5Int
Flame Ground Let skill damage increase by 0.2
Int.
Flare: Let skill damage increase by 4Int.
Fire Pillar: Let skill damage increase by 1
Int.
Fire Breath: Let skill damage increase by 1Int.
Fireball:Burn: Increase damage to 2
INT, ignores defense.
Fireballs: No longer hit each other.

Agny: Now provides a global 40% damage increase to all Fire property damage.

Enchant Fire: Decreased Fire Property Resistance: Increase duration by 10s.

Cryomancer:
Rod Mastery: Ice: Increases the character’s Ice property attack by 15% of their SPR and 5% of their INT per attribute level when equipped with a [Rod].

Linker:
Physical Link: Now works.

Elementalist:
Fire Property: Explosion: Increased change to 60%. Radius increased.
Ice Property: Slow: Increased change to 60%.

Electrocute, Meteor: Let skill damage increase by 1Int.
Frost Cloud, Hail: Let skill damage increase by 0.2
Int.
Freezing Sphere: Damage modifier changed to 200%.

Sorcerer:
Summon Salamion: Additional attack changed from 0.3 + 0.1skill level to 0.3 +0.2*skill level .

Desmodus: Add attribute to heal for 5% of damage dealt.
Evocation: Add 200% Damage Modifier. Add Base attack and Mattack of Secondary Card.
Morph: Morphed Card does not have its stats reduced.

other all of buff your talking about. all of it was none sense.

Like why we want more 100-200 damage from int or meteor damage increase maximum like 800 (full int).

Other that why R2 skill like Pommel Beat act like R8 dop skill?

Pretty sure the skill would still be garbage and useless af.

  1. Putting in a general trend to sprinkle SPR significance throughout the Wizard Tree and as well to increase the value of INT in other situations. With Pyromancer being more offensively inclined its attribute favours INT more.

  2. I believe Evocation is one of those skills where you improve it piecemeal. The deal with it using the secondary skill is significant in terms of wanting that to mean something, but like Summoning and Riding skills…that’s quite a bit of work. It’s like those summons who have nothing other than Auto Attack. That should be remedied but tackling riding skills is a large issue.

To the rest of the posters
It’s really not about them doing things, and simply being constructive, taking an initiative as to point out weak skills and recommending a solution.

Pyromancer for instance has weak skill bases. Many of its attributes are completely irrelevant or even dps losses (Fireball Burn). Note these suggestions don’t always resolve that, only work at it.

Many skills are 1 point wonders with no real attempt to make investment in them…even somewhat significant. This is a minor attempt to again work at that. 1 point wonder skills can also be used to encourage different stat builds, such as promoting a SPR build for X skill and an INT build for Y skill.
