I got banned and I don't know for what

So basically I redownloaded Tree of Savior an hour or so ago. I played a little around the release time in April? So it has been awhile, then I realized I can’t access my account anymore and I don’t bot, nor do I share my account or anything related to it.

I tried sending a ticket to support but it hasn’t been as helpful as I was hoping for as I got this as result:

Upon our investigation, it has been determined that your account has violated the terms of service and EULA of the game and we have sufficient evidence of this infraction.

Due to this, your game access has been permanently restricted and will not be released.

What was my violation? What’s the evidence? I don’t know and it doesn’t give me an option to reply to the post. Anyone able to help?

It will be a LOT easier to just make a new steam account

Perhaps, but I even paid for early access and I just want to know what happen to my account without me even knowing until almost a half a year later

Do you remember your lodge name? How long have you been absent from the game?

You may find your name listed down in the weekly ban posts.

Only thing I can think of is maybe your account got hacked and used for some RMT botting / spamming thing…

Also mistake on the reply to Kura, was ment for OP.

I can’t remember fully I thought it was Peng but I can be mistaken, I don’t think I’ve played for more than a month or two to be honest.

It’s hard to track down what happened to your account if you don’t recall your team name.

As the guy above said it is possible that your account was hacked and was used for ill-intent actions…Has steam mentioned anything about someone attempting to access your account or anything?

Try to explain in a support ticket that you have been absent for a long time and that you may have fallen victim of account theft and ask them for detailed info about the ban.

I don’t recall Steam ever sending me a message to ask whether or not someone is else was on my account. But thanks! I’ll try contacting support again.

They also blocked iTOS for one more country after EA period IIRC. After people bought EA packs and all <_<.

Doubt so…Europeans have their own server listed on iToS …

Imc already told you that they banned you for violating the therms of service, they won’t go deeper than that. Your best bet is to keep sending support tickets, but as i said earlier, it will be easir to just start all over again with a new account

Don’t recall using anything other than the game itself, unless streaming was something I can’t do :frowning:
