I formatted my pc and now I can no longer download the game via steam
i already have a beta key, however after formatting the PC can not more download the game via Steam.

Just wait for the game to be available for download. Right now it is not available, with or without CBT key.

I formatted my PC once too mate, and I lost everything. I tried to log into windows and everything I had was just gone, disappeared, like it never existed. Pictures, documents, everything…
