When I send in a ticket about [EU] server problems while clearly stating I live in Belgium, and getting told to send them a telnet to the [SA] server…
…then we have a problem, IMC.
I already sent a new ticket, but that really doesnt get my hopes up there…
So, while I’m here, does anyone else on EU have extremely fluctuating ping amounts ever since a bit over a week ago?
Originally played with 28ms when servers were moved over…now it’s more like 60~290ms at complete random :<

Oh believe me, I know it was an automated response. The problem is that it’s an automated response that isnt even aimed at the right server.
Surely IMC isnt that stupid to just assume everyone sending a ticket in nowadays is from SA? I mean, I even selected EU from the whole dropdown thing, they must have a filter for that…
Then again…
believe me, with the amount of SA spam they must be getting the AI must amuse everything is SA by now 
same happened some months ago where a GM copy paste the wrong message on a bot thread xD
say blue 100 times and when someone ask you to say red you will say blue
