I don't have Silver or Itens from market

I did not play the game in the last few days and barely knew about the problem of silver I was having until I saw items of 1 billion in the market being sold, and apparently the culprits were banished, but innocent people like me and thousands paid for it also, it is missing more than 200 million in my account and has no item back there, simply the money is gone and I want my silver back or whatever I have sold. It’s not my fault and the funny thing I did was send tickets with prints to help the investigation, now when I send a ticket talking about this happened, no one answers me. I want my silver back. The best part is that there are people getting silver for FREE, and it has thousands of times more than they had before.

NO, YOU DID NOT SHIP, only thing that returned was a Primus +11 glove that was sold for 30kk, other than that, the Blesseds (around 500), a new raid Bracelet, NOTHING COME BACK, NOTHING.

Hello, guys.

I know a lot of you are wondering about the whole silver retrieval situation so I thought I should summarize the details of the process that we are currently undergoing here at IMC.
First and foremost, thank you for being patient through the whole ordeal and we sincerely hope that you all understand that we are working to deal with the situation as soon as we can in the best way possible. And also with regards to the discrepancies in silver withdrawals/returns, the whole process is still on-going so if you could inquire with us through the tickets after our initial work is over we will be able to look into that for you guys.

If you are missing both silver and items:

  1. The item to be retrieved is currently missing and we need to replace your item manually
  2. The cases where further investigation is required.
  • This will take some time because this is a manual process worked on by our staff.
  • The time it takes for items to be replaced will be different for all players(some will have their items returned earlier than others) but we estimate that we can complete the task by next week’s maintenance.
  1. We will let you know through our news page when all items have been replaced.

If you are banned:

  1. If you were deemed to have purposely listed items at a high price for profit to exploit the current situation you have been banned permanently.
  • The ban is because this is one of the ways in which silver hackers use the market to transfer illegally acquired silver between accounts.
  • This measure was taken because we had many reports about this from players through via the forums and also through tickets.

If you know a silver abuser who has not been banned yet:

  1. There could be some abusers that have slipped through our fingers because we track them down using the game logs.
  2. If you do know of any hackers/abusers still playing the games, please let us know and we will take action ASAP.
  • Posting your speculations on the forums will not help us out in anyway because there’s already too much information flooding the forums and since there is no way to tell apart who is trolling and who has valuable information, it only makes the situation even more chaotic.
  • Please send us detailed information about the suspected user and the reasons for your report through the tickets.

Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding, and most of all thank you for sticking with us through all the good and the bad.

How about the cases of players recieving an extra amount of silver randomly since the maint? multiple people have been reporting obtaining extra amounts of silver like 100m/300m/700m etc in their inventories or banks.

People who bought attribute points with illegal silver/rerrolled cubes/transcended/enchanted/bought consumables/bought npc stuffs to sell later/etc are banned?

Yeah I’ve seen tickets about that and for now that too should be considered as one of the “discrepancies” that need to be dealt with later as I’ve mentioned earlier. There’s just a whole lot to do atm and with limited manpower so we have to sort out our priorities.

I do market A Lot. Now I dont know how many my silver is before MT began. I lost track alr of what I’ve sold, what is being returned, and how much of my silvers are ‘clean’.

I’ve sent ticket asking for changes logs for silver and items, and they replied that they cant provide it due to ‘security reasons’

Now, I dont know whether i have ‘less’ or ‘more’ silver, what should I do?

As an additional response to some of the newer questions that you’ve brought up,

  1. silver spent on attribute points
    This has been stated in the announcements as well but just a reminder: Those who exploited the current situation for silver profit will be banned. If the account gained enough silver to make a significant improvement on the character’s attributes he will most likely be banned already.

  2. @Iriez please understand that we cannot disclose the logs for security reasons. We won’t be able to look into your ticket right as the scale of the problem we’re dealing with is way too high up on the priority list now but if you do send us a ticket after this mess has been cleaned up somewhat we won’t be able to give you the exact numbers but we will have the time to look into your logs and tell you whether you lost or gained silver.

and guys unfortunately because there’s a heap to get done today so I won’t be able to answer any further questions that you may have for me on this thread but read the announcements carefully as they could answer your questions to a certain extent and keep a lookout because we will be updating you on what’s going on over in the news pages.

Since it’s still ongoing, yeah i can understand, sending me a logs after all this messed is cleaned is okay.

But if I may suggest, IMC might want to reconsider to hold market, or closed the game (if it didnt take too long).
Because, if people with extra silver spam buy items in market items like 1 talt/1 powder from each char/market list, and used/turned it to something else, this issue will never be solved (as cases keep adding and adding)

Well, do you have any advice on what these people should do that would make it easiest to sort out later? For me, it is fortunately on one character, but unfortunately my main–this makes things a bit difficult as if I want to buy/spend, I feel like I shouldn’t because it’ll only make things harder later and open up the opportunity for additional errors.

Ok IMC, i’ll waiting for you guys, but, i want ALL of my silver or itens, because i not gonna stay with less 200kk in my bag, take the time what need to solve this, but I WANT EVERY PIECE OF MY SILVER/ITENS.

I was one of the players that randomly received 700m(I was at 366m silver before any of these events took place) upon logging into the game after the second maintenance. I have not used any of the silver, at all.whiamirich2 whyamirich
