Hello, guys.
I know a lot of you are wondering about the whole silver retrieval situation so I thought I should summarize the details of the process that we are currently undergoing here at IMC.
First and foremost, thank you for being patient through the whole ordeal and we sincerely hope that you all understand that we are working to deal with the situation as soon as we can in the best way possible. And also with regards to the discrepancies in silver withdrawals/returns, the whole process is still on-going so if you could inquire with us through the tickets after our initial work is over we will be able to look into that for you guys.
If you are missing both silver and items:
- The item to be retrieved is currently missing and we need to replace your item manually
- The cases where further investigation is required.
- This will take some time because this is a manual process worked on by our staff.
- The time it takes for items to be replaced will be different for all players(some will have their items returned earlier than others) but we estimate that we can complete the task by next week’s maintenance.
- We will let you know through our news page when all items have been replaced.
If you are banned:
- If you were deemed to have purposely listed items at a high price for profit to exploit the current situation you have been banned permanently.
- The ban is because this is one of the ways in which silver hackers use the market to transfer illegally acquired silver between accounts.
- This measure was taken because we had many reports about this from players through via the forums and also through tickets.
If you know a silver abuser who has not been banned yet:
- There could be some abusers that have slipped through our fingers because we track them down using the game logs.
- If you do know of any hackers/abusers still playing the games, please let us know and we will take action ASAP.
- Posting your speculations on the forums will not help us out in anyway because there’s already too much information flooding the forums and since there is no way to tell apart who is trolling and who has valuable information, it only makes the situation even more chaotic.
- Please send us detailed information about the suspected user and the reasons for your report through the tickets.
