I don't get my TP when I bouhht them in steam.Why?

I bought “100TP Bundle for SEA(South-East Asia) Servers - ฿190.95” at 3 february 2017. Now I don’t get my TP for more than 24 hours.
Then what must I do for add them to my account’s Tree of Savior.
