Like as I said in the topic, it’s already 5 days but still I didn’t get a TP Bundle.
I already sent 5 tickets to report this problem but still all they replied is just “we already forward your problem”. I wanna refund it since 2 days delayed but I purchased it by using Steam Wallet which cannot return back into real money(I think).
So, what should I do? Is there a way for me to contact directly to dev team since support team keep saying they have already forwarded my problem to dev team.
Dunno, I’ve gotten all my TP Bundles second the transaction forwarded through. Maybe you bought it for the wrong region?

Hey im having the exact same problem i bought TP today the 900 us region bundle and its not showing up yet and i used steam wallet aswell.
