Like as I said in the topic, it’s already 5 days but still I didn’t get a TP Bundle.
I already sent 5 tickets to report this problem but still all they replied is just “we already forward your problem”. I wanna refund it since 2 days delayed but I purchased it by using Steam Wallet which cannot return back into real money(I think).
So, what should I do? Is there a way for me to contact directly to dev team since support team keep saying they have already forwarded my problem to dev team.
