Also, any chances you were in a party during the transfer? Even in a alone party? or guild? Cause that would be the one thing they warned about that could block the transfer from happening. Aside losing itens from market.

Did you check in game if you got transferred, the ticket got updated late when we transferred?

That IMC is the worst Company I ever seen @rum.alvim !

@chakalvip Never bro… I give up of this ■■■■ game… almost 5 years of development… and have a lot of bugs… bugs would be soluvely if the @STAFF
help the community… but they didnt !
i’ve send 15 tickets… and a lot of emails ! no one with an single answer !

The support of this game to the players and community is the worst!

I am very saddened with the IMC GAMES because it’s been a long time since I complained along with several other people and nothing was done about it , I was hurt because my items are stuck in Orsha server and nothing was made ​​or answered at least.
