I could not get the lua add on to work

I downloaded the add on and extract the zip into TOS folder. The “load add on” appears on my screen but when i click it, it did not disappear.

The following message popup

“bettet quests loaded
channel surfer loaded
context menu additional loaded”

what have i done wrong

If I wasn’t mistaken, it was stated in the addon’s website how to resolve this issue.

may i have the link?

No, You can just google it. I’m assuming that’s Excrulon Lua Addon…I mean it was written in all caps. I’m sure you wouldn’t miss it.

found it thank you will solve the problem later

This appears and problem is not solved

go back and read the addon maker’s website some more.

the addons are not part of IMC’s software, and this isn’t the place to be asking about them.

Doesnt seem like you are using Excrulon’s pack, or fiote’s. That addon loader seems like its excrulon’s tho, yet only 3 addon is loaded.
I suggest if you want to use addons get them from their respective source instead of downloading from some random website. Source referrring to their Github releases.

As this not part of imc project to be discuss but I can confirmed you remove/edit some file folder so the loader won’t load even you press on it…
There is away to fix it but I think u better redownload the whole thing and don’t delete or edit anything inside if you dunot…

I did download it from Github and it is the Excrulon pack =w=

I only downloaded the zip file from the website and extract them into TOS folder. I followed the instructions by “yes to all” replacements.

Did you downloaded latest one with a lot of ipf file ?
if yes delete all of them because you need Addon Manager .
if not delete all of them then download Addon Manager.

use the older version 1.9.1. somehow the newer version seems more confusing since the owner is transitioning all the addons to ipf format. Just stick to the older version which much less confusing

indeed, get 1.9.1, and if you somewhat know simple programming you can edit addonloader.lua to add/remove addons you want manually. i prefer this since i still dont know how many addons work with addon manager. fiote’s loader runs every folder with a lua file inside them if you are using too many addons to keep track of.
addon manager is a great step to easily manage addons tho, so might want to get it instead if you dont want to revisit github everytime new update came out.

Thank you the problem is solved by downloading the non-newest version
