I could not get the costume of 2nd anniversary event

i take the dlc in steam, redeem in game, open de chest and can’t found the warp scroll event for the costume…

I took the dlc in the steam, rescued it inside the game and opened the bau that had the items, but I do not know what happened, because I see the other items and I do not think the warp scroll of the 2nd anniversary event to get the costumes

I talked to npc, and he told me to use scrolll

i didn’t found the scroll…that’s the question, i look my inventory, the other items of package are there, but the scroll don’t

Could you please tell us your server and team name? And the name of the character that has the items from the DLC?

So it seems that you didn’t download the DLC from steam. You will need to go the Steam Store and first, download the Free DLC, then the items will be sent to your in-game message box.
