When i try to buy some buff or do some gem stuff or enhance my weapon from player’s stall only apear a white box with two options “Character info. and cancel”.
I can not see the name of the stall / Blue balloon to use the service, please help!

Cuando intento usar los establecimientos de los jugadores solo aparece un recuadro blanco brindando 2 opciones “Character info. and Cancel”.
No me permite interaccionar con el establecimiento, no me deja ver siquiera el popup azul o el nombre de estos, ni si quiera logro abrir la interfaz de los establecimientos, please help me!!
I really need to fix this problem, so please help me guys!!
I already tried with mouse and keyboard config. but i still have this trouble
