Bug Description : I played since saturday and still cant use the market
I could be wrong because I am new as well, but to my knowledge, you need to use a token to be able to have access to the Market.
I had the same issue when i first downloaded the game. After playing the entire day, I knew it was a game that I would continue to play, so I bought TP to get a token and start playing with all the benefits. After using the token I was able to use the Market with no restrictions.
Its not token bro, if ur new u cant trade and use market until ur atleast 40 lvl and also the waiting period is over. Fulfil both and you can trade and use market.

Specifically, I think your account needs to be more than a week old and your character is at least lv.40.
I already bought token since first day and now im lv 70 still cant use market T^T
Just a few more days bud. I think you can start using it on Sunday.

Hi @whai_lioh, the information given by @Batman and @Biskee is definitely correct. We implemented this kind of feature to prevent possible RMT transactions. Patience is a virtue Savior!
