I can't use rank reset or returning for the previous class

Bug Description: I can’t use rank reset or returning for the previous class.
I was playing and did the ranking advancement but my server had a freeze.
When it came back I was rank 10.
When I used the ranking reset for the first time I got a rank 10 card.
I didn’t knew nothing about ranking reset and I thought that it was normal so i used all my cards, but the class EXP recovery card stayed because I used the rank 10 card. Now I can’t use ranking reset because there’s one card left and I can’t discard it. Please, remove it from my account.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Play on Silute
2. Use advancement
3. Have a freeze and get rank 10
4. Use rank 10 card and keep the class EXP card

Try putting it in personal storage then use your reset.
