I can't talk to Kupole Medona in Tevhrin stalactile Section 1

Bug Description :
I want to explore the map and clear the quests. But I cannot talk to the Kupole Medena to finish the quest. The process stopped and I cannot explore the whole map especially in Section 3.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Talked to Kupole Medena and get the quest of killing 16 monsters
2. Killed the overpowered monsters
3. Wanted to talk to Kupole Medena to finish the quest
4. The stupid Kupole Medena just kept following you but not talking to you
5. Restarted the game and seemed problem fixed(can talk to Kupole Medena and started the new quest)
6. No!!! Kupole Medena silence again. Tried to Restart the game and forgave the quest. Useless.

Hey there. I know of some work around for this which was suggested by my pt mates (proven and tested):

1. Use mouse mode on setting and click that following kupole to trigger the interaction.
2. Re-logging the character (which takes too much time)
