I cant download ToS in steam i waited a long time to play this. When i click the 3rd-party EULA i have read it over and over and nothing i cant seem to see the accept button. Thats why i cant download it i cant accept the eula it doesnt appear. My location is in SEA Philippines. I will be very glad if you can help me on this problem thank you.
