Hello, I noticed today that I can’t see any shouts in the game now. My show shouts on top are enabled and my All chat is working. When I select only shout channel, nothing happens and I still got no shouts. I noticed this problem today, before I reported and blocked some bots on the city.
There is any command to show the shouts again?

On the image above you see the first arrow show all the chats, the ones that are highlighted are normal chat and party chat, and the second arrow is the shout chat, note that any filter you add will still show the whispers.
They work as filters, so if you press the A button there it will show all the chats.
If you mark like i did there, it will only show the normal chat and party chat.
If you press the megaphone button it will only show the Shout.
Yeah, I know that, but I’m still not seeing any shouts ;/
I got the same problem. My “All” chat option is turned on and still no shout messages show up. At first I thought it happened because I logged in right after maintenance, but that wasn’t the reason. Did you reported this at support page? If so, did you get any reply?
I gave a day to the problem and my shout came back. Maybe really was a issue because of the maintenance?
I’m having the same problem here, i can’t see Shout messages on top of the screen or in the chatbox [none of them].
