I can't retrieve my items after they have exceeded sales period

I can’t retrieve my items after they have exceeded sales period , I’m user in SEA region but play in EU server so I can’t purchase TP because the game won’t allow me to – my item struck so I can’t sell other items. what should I do? I can’t fix it by myself

allow players to buy TP or transfer across servers or at less fix this bug because alot of people have this problem.
