I cant receive my TP

Today after the maintenance I made the purchase of a package of TP’s, when entering the game it does not appear to receive, the purchase was made by credit card as I usually do, if need be I can send the payment receipt

I also can’t recieve my tp, it’s on TP ICON but when I click use, nothing happens. I already sent a ticket :frowning:

Me too…i cant receive my tp bundle from the tp icon
after that i warp to another map then the tp bundle is disappear from my tp icon and i get nothing:tired_face:

Why can’t we still receive our TP?
How much longer do we have to wait? I bought mine a week ago.

Will we receive any sort of compensation for waiting for a product that we paid immediately?

I’m afraid of buying TP ever again if this is going to happen every time

I have the same problem as the lollirot tp appears when I click the tp button but when I hit use nothing happens, I submitted a ticket close to a week ago, would appreciate it being fixed SOON because I would like to buy the Goddess’s Blessed Cubes before they go away. Not trying to rush anyone but since the GBC goes away soon I am being rushed myself.

I bought 500TP for SEA Server package on Steam awhile ago. and as of now, i haven’t receive any mail on TOS or wherever to claim my purchase. Please fix this.

I made a ticket about my tp doesnt be delivered to me after purchase, but the status goes to yellow and no one help me with my problem. The Support team just do not answear my tickets, and i await about a week for not even a notification about my problem.
Seems my money are lost as my itens goes. I promisse to myself never contribute with the tree of savior again. Im sad and im mad.
