I cant login my character..it says cant connect to server

i just finished doing mission dungeon and now i teleported to Forest of Prayer to do daily dungeon…but i got disconnected and returned to character selection…everytime i login that character, it always says cant connect to server and it will return me to server selection…weird thing is, i can login my other character, which is currently at fedimian…so im guessing there is a problem on the map Forest of Prayer? my friend also got dc and cant connect when he teleported also to Forest of Prayer…please review this

i already sent a ticket and they teleported me back to klaipedia…and told me not to go first to forest of prayer…but then again, the bug still persists while doing my quest…i went to Saknis Plains and there, bug again…

I also stuck in Fedimain, but i’m on duty right now cannot check able to login or not, i just submit a ticket, hopefully can help me move my character to starting city also. While i’m only able to check on 8.00am EDT.
