i can’t login all of my character because of this VGA ERROR after patch. when i login one of my char i receive this error

I will try to help you there, but will depend on your GPU.
If you are using Nvidia GPU, download and install Geforce Experience, optimize the game settings through it (yes it does have profile) and try t run the game.
Other thing you may want to try is delete the file user.xml in the game folder, this will reset the settings to its default when you open the game after deleting, it will be recreated.
i tried deleting the user.xml and still the same, and i also tried deleting the folder of tree of savior and restoring the backup of it and the outcome is still the same. my friend tried to login and he can logged in his. i dont know what’s the problem of this.
Lost my mission run because of this.
I will do some verification and lets hope it will solve.
Edit: Seems verification solved my issue. Need a scout to test now.

-verify files, didn’t work
-delete user.xml, didn’t work
-optimize via nvidia app, didn’t work
haven’t tried restarting my rig tho, and i’m already fed up for today

tried to manually delete some of the newer ipf files for the TOS client (not steam) to re-download them. still the same… (this method worked for me the last time i had a verification issue)
