I Can't log with a specific character!

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Trying to log around 10 hours in a roll no sucessl
  2. others characters in same account can log
  3. need some attention
  4. CAN’T LOG AND CAN’T DELETE THE CHARACTER!!!
