I cant help friends hit boss

Bug Description :
When we turned to a boss- cut scene, immediately my character cant move and when boss died, I still cant move. I must log out at character selection and log in for be able to move again…

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. view cut scene fight boss in party
  2. cant move, cant use skill, cant do anything although it already died
  3. .

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Mouse

System **MAC OSX Bootcamp

  • CPU : Intel Core i5 Quad‑core
  • RAM : 8GB
  • Graphics Card : Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200
  • Storage : 500 GB
  • Internet Connection : 10 MB
  • Country, Region : Thailand

Sorry, but it’s been a month since this issue ruined parties, we are patient but this is too much
